Danika Crabtree, DMD, MS – Periodontist
Dr. Danika Crabtree strives to help patients achieve optimal periodontal health while providing options for long-term stabilization of their oral health.
After graduating from Nova Southeastern University in 2005, Dr. Crabtree continued her dental education at Nova Southeastern University in their Periodontology Graduate training program. At the same time, she also received her certificate in Periodontics and a master’s degree in oral biology. Today, Dr. Crabtree is a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology and a member of Omicron Kappa Epsilon Dental Honor fraternity. Dr. Crabtree is truly a caring and gentle periodontist who enjoys helping patients of all ages. She also enjoys being a teaching assistant at the University of Rhode Island and a teaching instructor at Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Philippe Farha, – Orthodontics
Dr. Philippe Farha’s interest in dentistry was shaped early on by his mother, a pediatric dentist whose career introduced him to the balance of technical expertise, science, and creativity involved in patient care. This foundation inspired D
Dr. Farha completed his master’s degree in orthodontics in 2021 before further advancing his training through an orthodontic fellowship at the University of Connecticut. In 2024, he earned his Advanced Standing Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with high honors from Boston University. His academic achievements also earned him induction into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
As a certified Invisalign provider, Dr. Farha takes a personalized approach to orthodontic care, developing treatment plans around each patient’s individual needs and goals. He places equal emphasis on esthetics and function, with the goal of creating beautiful smiles and long-lasting results.
Dr. Farha is also passionate about using dentistry to serve others. In 2020, he volunteered with Teeth on Wheels, helping provide mobile dental care to individuals affected by the devastating Beirut explosion. The experience strengthened his belief in the positive impact dentistry can have on people’s lives and communities.
Beyond his professional work, Dr. Farha enjoys an active lifestyle and spends his free time boxing, skiing, and playing tennis. He also enjoys traveling with his wife, Tania, and discovering new places together.
Dr. Mohammad Alzoobaee
Dr. Mohammad “Moe” Alzoobaee is a board-eligible endodontist focused on delivering advanced, patient-centered endodontic care. His approach centers on preserving natural teeth, relieving dental pain, and achieving predictable treatment outcomes while helping patients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout every stage of their care.
Dr. Alzoobaee earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He continued his education at Boston University, completing a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Endodontics.
Throughout his specialty training, Dr. Alzoobaee developed extensive experience in nonsurgical root canal therapy, endodontic retreatment, microsurgical endodontics, dental trauma management, and complex endodontic cases. He incorporates advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies, including cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) and the dental operating microscope, to support greater precision in diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Alzoobaee has also contributed to research involving advanced intracanal imaging. He remains committed to continuing education and regularly incorporates current evidence-based techniques and advancements into his approach to patient care.
His professional affiliations include the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), American Dental Association (ADA), Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS), and Massachusetts Association of Endodontists (MAE).
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Alzoobaee enjoys traveling, staying active, hiking, and exploring New England. He values continued growth both personally and professionally and brings that same mindset to the care he provides his patients.
Dr. Paul Kim, DDS – General Dentist
Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Dr. Paul Kim completed both his undergraduate education and dental degree at the University of Washington. He went on to complete a one-year internship in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During this advanced training, Dr. Kim gained extensive clinical experience in patient management, outpatient oral surgical procedures, and intravenous sedation techniques
