Dr. Jurgina Elezi, DMD – General Dentist
Dr. Jurgina Elezi believes good dentistry starts with understanding the individual person behind each smile. She earned her DMD from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2006 and stays current with advances in dental medicine and available treatment options. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Association, and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Elezi values the trust patients place in her and focuses on developing strong patient relationships while helping people achieve and maintain good oral health.
Dr. Danika Crabtree, DMD, MS – Periodontist
Dr. Danika Crabtree is a periodontist focused on helping patients improve and maintain the health of their gums and supporting structures. After graduating from Nova Southeastern University in 2005, she continued there in the Periodontology Graduate Training Program, where she received a certificate in Periodontics and a master’s degree in oral biology. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and has also served in teaching roles at the University of Rhode Island and Nova Southeastern University. Her approach focuses on helping patients understand their periodontal needs and the options available for long-term oral health.
Dr. Philippe Farha – Orthodontics
Dr. Philippe Farha’s interest in dentistry began early through the influence of his mother, a pediatric dentist. He completed a master’s degree in orthodontics in 2021, followed by an orthodontic fellowship at the University of Connecticut, and earned his Advanced Standing Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with high honors from Boston University in 2024. He was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and is a certified Invisalign provider. Dr. Farha focuses on personalized orthodontic treatment that considers both function and appearance, and he has also volunteered with Teeth on Wheels to provide dental care to people affected by the Beirut explosion.
Dr. Mohammad Alzoobaee
Dr. Mohammad “Moe” Alzoobaee is a board-eligible endodontist focused on preserving natural teeth, relieving dental pain, and helping patients understand each stage of their treatment. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine and continued at the university to complete a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Endodontics. His training includes nonsurgical root canal therapy, retreatment, microsurgical endodontics, dental trauma management, and complex cases, supported by technology such as CBCT and the dental operating microscope. His professional memberships include the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, and Massachusetts Association of Endodontists.
Dr. Paul Kim, DDS – Oral Surgeon
Dr. Paul Kim was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and completed both his undergraduate education and dental degree at the University of Washington. After earning his first dental degree, he completed a one-year internship in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. His advanced training provided extensive clinical experience in patient management, outpatient oral surgical procedures, and intravenous sedation techniques. At Coddington Dental, his surgical knowledge expands the range of care available to patients who require oral surgery.
